HP iPAQ h6325 is a smart, stylish and user-friendly Pocket PC cum mobile phone. The phone's specification wouldn't make you drool, but its compact size and lightweight will really attract you. The phone is measuring 137.64 x 74.6 x 20.8 mm and weighs 190g. It looks like Qtek 1010, but the new HP iPAQ h6325 adds Bluetooth and a VGA camera. It runs on Windows Mobile 2003 PocketPC Edition Operating System.

The phone comes with 64 MB of internal memory.
